Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. No exceptions.
Eligible merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition. Items must be free of odors, including smoke and perfume, as well as pet hair or other signs of wear. Country Gone Crazy reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 2–4 business days for your refund to process after it has been approved.
FINAL SALE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Items – Any item that is designed, created, personalized, altered, or produced specifically for the customer at their request. This includes custom designs created by Country Gone Crazy, even if the item does not include a name or other personalization.
- Seasonal Items
- Clearance Items
- Sublimation Transfers
- Heat Transfers
- DTF Transfers
- Vinyl
Please carefully review and approve all custom order details, including spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork before production. Once a custom item has been approved and/or production has begun, it is considered final sale.
