Summer Market Vendor Booth
All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with all requirements of State of Texas.
Booth set-up will start as early as 6:00 A.M. and breakdown is not permitted until 1:00P.M.
All products must displayed in a clean and safe manner. Vendors must leave their area clean. Vendors shall exhibit professional manners.
You will need to provide your own 10x10 cover (ex: EZ-UP) for the spots in our parking lot.
Electricity will NOT be provided to any booth or table.
Event will be cancelled only under extreme weather condition---no “rain out”.
Spaces will be assigned by the Event Manager.
Collected fees go towards advertising, equipment, maintenance.
No refunds will be given, no exceptions.
Pertinent communication will be handled via text/email.
